Chi Yoga – Stretching Exercise
Posture 1: Elbow against wall
Steps: Take easy and face the wall -->raise your right hand -->
push elbow against the wall, stand firmly --> then turn your waist to the left,
and go to the level that you can tolerate --> turn your head to the left side
gently
As long as, a feeling of tingling goes through your fingers, then you are done.
It won’t take more than 1~2 minutes.
Now, change to the other side.
Advantages: ease many pains and get fit
