Chi Yoga – Stretching Exercise
Posture 2: Boat Swing
AT first, warm up your body. Lying down and swing your legs from side to side!
1. Basic:
Lie down --> bent both knees --> keep one knee upward and press down the
other knee to reach the floor --> stay there for a while --> then switch to
the other leg
2. Advanced:
Lie down --> bent both knees --> lift your hips --> then perform as the basic
(the green part, but no needs to reach floor. The key point is stretching)
3. Ultimate:
Lie down --> bent both knees --> place your hands straight on the floor and
lift your hips, keep fingers backward --> then perform as the basic (the green
part, but no needs to reach floor. The key point is stretching)
Advantages: ease Sciatic nerve related pains, relieve foot discomfort
