瑜珈氣療第三招 Chi Yoga – Stretching Exercise Posture 3: Twisting
1. Basic:
Lie on your side --> set your top foot in front of buttom foot -->
press the knee of the top foot down to touch the floor -->
twist your upper body, face up --> stretch your top arm, and let
it lie at an angle of 45 degrees away from the head -->
press the arm down as low as you can --> hold for a moment
--> then, switch to the other side
*Angle of 45 degrees is the point.
2. Advanced(Standing pose):
Stand in front of the wall, face out -->place your two legs firmly on the ground
--> twist your upper body to the right and with two palms against the wall -->
palms move along the wall as far as you can --> then, switch to another side
